This document explains what data GrowMock (growmock.uz and app.growmock.uz) collects, what it is used for and how it is stored.
What data is collected
At registration: a phone number or email address, your Telegram or Google account identifier, and your name.
While you use the service: test answers, written work, spoken answers, results and their history.
Technical data: browser type, IP address and sign-in time — for security and for troubleshooting.
What it is used for
To run tests, calculate and store results, provide AI grading, manage your account and subscription, and send you service notifications.
AI grading
Writing and Speaking answers are sent to artificial intelligence services for grading. The text and audio sent are used only for grading.
Payments
Payments are handled by Payme. Card details are not stored by GrowMock.
Storage and security
Data is kept on protected servers with restricted access. Data is not sold to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data: admin@growmock.uz. Requests are handled on working days.
